About this Course

This form will be available on Wednesday, March 21st, 2018. The Camp Emergency Form provides important information to ensure your child has the best experience possible this summer. Please have your child's care card information and alternate pick ups (names and phone numbers of those permitted to pick up your child) ready to complete this form. Registration for 2018 Summer Camps will open ONLINE on Wednesday, March 28th; in person/phone in registration will open on Wednesday, April 4th.
