About this Course

This intermediate/advance level class will focus on overhead placement shots, slicing and serving accuracy. Our BC certified badminton coach will train participants on game concept, visualization, prediction, split steps, and fast footwork to return the shuttle on target. Participants will get to learn deceptive shots and defense strategies. This class is for those that have mastered their fundamental badminton skills and are wanting to up their game.
