About this Course

This registration is for NEW participants wishing to register on the waitlist for the Esquimalt Licensed Preschool Programs or Puddle Jumpers Outdoor Preschool Program (3-5yrs). Children must be potty trained before starting any of our preschool programs. When a spot becomes available, the Recreation Programmer will contact you directly to offer you a spot. Emergency Forms will be collected digitally, once per year for current and new families. Please have your child's BC Care Card #, Doctor/Clinic Name & Phone #, Immunization Records and list of guardians and alternate pick-up contacts phone #s available to complete this form. *** Please complete all fields, select NEXT, select Checkout to complete your form.
