About this Course

Vancouver Island has thousands of scenic coastal views and shoreline walks. In this one day workshop you will learn how to paint this type of scene (based on a photo of the Juan de Fuca Strait as seen from Whiffen Spit) through a combination of demos, exercises, painting time, and both group and individual instruction. The instructor will provide a reference photo, and both it and a supply list will be emailed to registrants before the class. Some prior experience in watercolour is strongly recommended.
